A. Dear parent, you can give all family foods to your child. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, raisins, walnuts, dates. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed.
