As baby is one year old give 3 meals ,2 snacks - Cerelac ,dal kichdi,mashed or semi mashed dal rice,curd rice,roti /parantha,idly,dosa,curry ,scrambled egg/omlet or boiled egg white,meat,chicken as meat balls,pan fry with less oil,spices . Check suitability of every food item use less salt,spices,oil in baby recipes.
