1 month old baby pushing herself on my lap get dropped on bed syddenly at back side of her head and she was started crying .she was scared or skull or brain is affected?? because no outside injury.

A. for pain you can give paracetamol and you can also supply slight amount of ice to decrease the swelling and kindly go through the following points whenever there is head injury HEAD INJURY -It is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger science like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting abnormal movements lethargy Kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. For pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head
