Calpol it is going to be good to be given you can give five Top three times in the day or rather you should actually give five drops four times in the day with a gap of six hours each that’s the weight is meant to be given and if the child isn’t good with his 72 hours of fever subside completely then kindly consult your doctor for further assistance
