DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 28 months old and if his Hb is less than 12 gms then give him deworming medicine and green vegetables daily,black dates and nuts and pulses,jaggery 5 gm daily and iron medicine too

give dates or dates syrup daily
give pomegranate or pomegranate juice to baby
boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half then filter and give milk
