Yesterday my baby fell off the bed , when I saw she is in sitting position between the wall and bed . As soon as I took her and fed her she is okay and played normally and actively . Till now she is good like all the days playing laughing and crawling . But coming to vomiting or spitting now a days she putting tethers or hands anything into her mouth and making vomiting like a curry substance , from after falling also the same curd like substance she is vomiting , can I take it serious or she okay please help me
