yesterday my baby 1st vaccination day , doctor suggest painless vaccination for baby but during injection baby cried and night baby have fever , why

That’s common for the child to have fever and crying due to vaccination so as of now you can give paracetamol recommended by the doctor and you can give it every six hours after taking the temperature if you feel temperature is rising then continue with the medicine
