Q.

Yesterday got vaccine for my 3 and half month baby, now she had a fever so I gave paracetamol syrup and while feeding she did vomiting in much quantity. My concern is should I give her paracetamol syrup again after 1 hr or not?

A. hi. if she vomited immidiately afyer giving pcm drops than u may repeat. .also keep a watch on her body temp, increase breast feeding and stay more close to her.
