yesterday baby got Mr vaccination nd mrng onward he has passed stool thrice nd as shown in the picture . yesterday before vaccination he had kichidi made of grated mushroom , Dalia , carrot

A. this is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper ctguidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so ag proper examination can be done just to rule out any other possibility ...
