yes hing is good for colic issue. apply mamaearth tummy roll on. really good for gas and other colic isaues

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. correct, it's good in gases, colic in infant. Take one spoon of lukewarm water.add pinch of heeng (asafetida) in it. Powdered heeng will dissolve fastly in water, Apply it around nevel in clockwise direction. Do not massage. Just apply and leave. Do folding and cyclic exercises of legs to release gas.
