Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with tche child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you neecd to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Encourage him often to speak
Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
