why the children forgets to breathe should we go for heart check-up?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom this is breath-holding spells happen when a child stops breathing and turns blue in the face. These spells are often triggered by something that upsets the child, like being disciplined. While crying, the child exhale and then doesn't take another breath in for a while.stay calm it should pass in less than 1 minute.lie the child on their side do not pick them up.stay with them until the episode ends.make sure they cannot hit their head, arms or legs on anything.reassure them and ensure they get plenty of rest afterwards.
