Why my newborn baby has gas issue He use to pass gas frequently He is a Ebm baby Then why he is having gas issues Please help Do all babies have gas issues

Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel
Colicaid drops if crying is excessive.
