why my kid always irritates others while working. and don't listen when someone says no

Just because your child wants attention probably which is why your child is irritating people around so that when they will be irritated the child will have a notice and they are probably going to pay attention to the activity of the child or to spend time with them it’s a very common technique of kids and that’s totally normal
