why my four year old son chewing food?

A. child is chewing food then that's a good habit. prefer fat and protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Poor chewing is almost always due to weak oromotor muscles. A speech therapist will teach you strengthening exercises and check for oral sensitivities. It is not Very complicated but it comes with big benefits. Good eating habits lead to better attention in class-because all the food groups are taken in.
