why my baby' s stool colour is green ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can givye green colour to the stool.
the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistency is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello if the frequency of the motion is normal than it is nothing to worry otherwise it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with proper examination of the same and advise you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
