Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 3 m old child4 years agoA. Hi This can be due to ear wax or pus in the ear. U can clean the ear from outside using soft cotton cloth. Do not deep clean inside. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
