why my baby is doing watery green potty 4-5 times since 3 days and constantly putting pressure on stomach....he is 4.5 months old and because of this he is lost weight...please answer

A. increase breaat feeding her. feed her longer from one side then swich to ither side to get both hind milk and for milk. .and consukt yiur doctor in person.
