Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, wel I I would suggest you to give supplements to your child iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As these supplements helps in boosting immunity. Also make your baby wear full sleeves clothes and full length pyjamas to avoid mosquito bites.
