why my baby does not gain weight? his current weight is 11 kg

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, current weight of 11 kg is normal, do not worry.
For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed till 2 years.
You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
