Why my 2 month old baby show jerky movement of head when breastfeed and falling asleep ? is it normal

A. Mam usually jerky movements only in the head is not heard of but if your child is constantly doing like this it is advisable for you to check with your doctor once and on the basis of the assessment only your doctor can confirm on anything that maybe there so please check with your doctor if it’s happening on a very regular basis
