why my 2.8 years baby does not want to eat food? pls tell me the solution what can i do to feed her

A. Hunger Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cyproheptadine and tricholine citrate which revives appetite. Cyproheptadine is an appetite stimulant. It works by reducing the effect of serotonin (a chemical messenger) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
