maintain hydration, adequate sleep, good nutritious diet, avoid remaining awake late nights, limit screen time, still if persists ,consult doctor.

It may be due to lack of sleep of due to some nutrient deficiency. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby eyes.
