why like this pimple how to treat this I am worried my pediatrician said it will go but it's increasing please help me

it might be reaction to the cosmetics or heat or Infection
so you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
keep that area clean.
avoid using any other cosmetics.
