Why is weight is low ? He is eating enough and active

A. Seen a lot of cases despite eating so well kids do not gain weight due to 2 reasons they could first be deficiency of general things in the body like vitamin deficiencies or haemoglobin low and second could be in digestion issue so you should consult your paediatrician once
