Why is my baby’s sleep so light that she wakes up even at the slightest sound, and she barely sleeps 9 to 10 hours in total in 24 hours#asktheexperts

A. Hello! Baby’s feeding and sleeping pattern keeps changing in the first few months after birth. There can be some changes in the growth spurts. Ensure that your child sleeps in a comfortable, quiet and cosy surroundings. Feed your baby well on demand.
