Q.
Hi.. my 9 months old daughter is not having sound sleep at day time if she sleeps aslo in just 20 mins she wakes up.. and at night she wakes up every 1hr or 2hr.. anything to do to make her have some sleep

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that graduallgy the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors band nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
