Why is my baby's skin extremely dry even after applying moisturiser? She keeps scratching, which results in marks all over her body.

A. After giving a bath to the child prefer either applying almond oil on the skin and on top of that you can apply NMFE vitamin E cream after three or four hours so regularly if you apply this cream and oil this is going to help in maintaining proper hydration and moisturising in the skin
