why I do have little brown discharge ,back pain and lower abdomen pain after 15 days of my periods?!! what is the reason?

A. hi usually it happens because of hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, or particular health condition so please visit your gynecologist for once take healthy and well blanaced diet take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
