why does my child's mouth smell, however he is brushing 2two time

A. did it can be chances of infections in the oral cavity sometimes coating up the tongue infections of the tonsils. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
