why does my body has some small pimples on face, around shoulders and at the back which also looks dry nd kind of peeling on the skin

Sometimes it could probably be due to heat trash or heat in the body where a child could be having the similar kind of issue so I would recommend recommend it to apply carmine lotion as of now that is going to help in making the skin better and will help in reducing down the rashes
