why do we avoid salt and sugar under one year old baby's food?

A. hi young babies don't have fully developed digestive system so their kidneys can not cope up with amount of salt and sugar. as such there is no harm in giving it in very very small quantity. you may add salt in your child's food but in very very small quantity. instead of using Sugar ,use jeggary but it also should be used in very very small quantity.
