due to gastric troublefor gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about15- 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping time after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.

There can be some discomfort or pain. slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax keep baby well hydrated
