why baby not get teeths now he 10months old

A. There is no reason to why as such is just that it is not necessary that the child will have any teeth at 10 months kids can have their teeth to the age of 18 months the first eruption would be seen by that time and if you do not see it happening then you can have an assessment with your dentist on that
