RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Ma’am There must be some issue with the First Cry uploads try it after half an hour or one hour or maybe after another some hours it will be uploaded. It’s and sometimes it could be a glitch into the app which is white can happen but you can try it after sometime or just refresh your app or logout and login then probability work
