shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom in mothers this is because of hormonal changes in the body and as far as babies are concerned skin of the baby is very sensitive and they produce natural oil in at which can cause is small tiny white pimples which is called Milaya which is very normal is a newborn babies and it will get better with time on its own to keep the skin dry and clean and hygiene
