Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to find the cause because it can also be due to dryness of the skin and sometimes due to fungal infection and sometimes it can be a part of atopic dermatitis also so what you can do initially is apply coconut oil three or four times every day and if it is not improving then meet your doctor after 1 week
