if there is any red rashes or white spots present it may be due to following reasons:White spots could be because of some fungal infection or  some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin .it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important . you can use a good quality cream like seba med or atogla.
Red czolour rash over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever .
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing aloong with antiallergic medications.

Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. You should just continue using babies regular baby products and there is no need to make any changes in it. If you want then you can go for Babyhug products it is one of the best brand.
