while using steel feeding bottle for 1 month old baby do need to sterilize it for every single use or it can be cleaned properly.

You can of course clean it properly but it is important to stabilise the bottle and please do not compromise on that because stabilisation is very very important further more if you want you can check with your doctor they will give you proper advice on this
