while breastfeeding feels less energetic.is it common?? pain in hips??

A. Hello mom that does occur because the whole process of breast feeding does take a toll on ones health and that is the reason the lactating mother is prescribed supplements and also healthy and a filling diet as well also for the initial months after delivery massages also helps a lot
