Which ever you would want there is no restriction on any kind of fruits or vegetables to be given to the child it is your choice what do you want to go ahead with what do you want to start with and keep in routine Best is pumpkin bottle gourd or any other which has more of water into it that’s going to be much higher then you can go for beetroot also you can go for spinach just name the vegetable and fruit and you can take it
