Which things we have given in solid to 6 months baby

Three meals a day
Don't force feed her though.
Each meal comprise of a small bowl
Initially she can be given soups , probiotics , meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits
Soups of tomato , drumsticks ,moong , daal eyc
Probiotics like curd buttermilk etc
