Start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

U can buy silicon teethers for ur baby.
The teethers should be BPA free and non toxic. There are so many brands available in the market like chicoo, pigeon, mee mee, Fisher price, baby hug etc. All are good brands. U can choose any one of these.
