A. Supplements to be given only on doctor's advice It's always better to give a proper balanced diet to the baby and avoid supplements Give all the family foods to the baby three meals in between snacks all the seasonal fruits and vegetables dairy products etc to the baby include dry fruits ghee full cream milk etc in the baby's diet give some physical activities time to the baby give some sunshine time to the baby
