which paracetamol syrup is better for 6yr old, Paracetamol paediatric oral suspension ip P-250 or ibuprofen and Paracetamol suspension Ibugesic plus?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is called as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses-.
