my baby has 19 month old he got fever yesterday 101 * temperature I consult doctor paracetamol paediatric oral suspension IP dilo 250 can give 4hours to 5 hours is paracetamol paediatric oral suspension IP dolo is same or differ patacetamol oral suspension p 120 can i give what pls tell doctor

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. the brand name of any paracetamol will be having many different names depending on the company but medicine is ultimately the same you had to give 10 to 15 MG per KG body weight of the baby per dose

Both are same.. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. Viral fever can take 3-5 days. So no need to worry. Take care
