please measure the temperature and if it is 100f or above then you have to give the medicine.
otherwise no need .
please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes but please don't overdress your child.
maintain good hygiene
