ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. you should avoid giving medications to the baby for growth and encourage your baby to have more of diet which you are taking regularly when the babies starts to eat. till then that has till 6 months complete you should give only breast milk or top speed properly to maintain good development

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. No multi vitamin helps in gaining the wait for the child because multivitamins are given to cover up the deficiencies in the body they have no role in weight gaining of the child so it’s just the food and feeding that you provide to the child
