prefer same food or milk whatever you buy for your whole family.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a year

Hi Definitely regular animal milk would be a better choice to go for You can even go for full cream packet milk so try giving more natural substitute to the child because in the longer run you’ll have to go for this only so it’s the right time for you to go ahead with animal milk
