ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician5 months agoA. if baby is active and playful then no need to worry for that.Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion or white colour motion.if blood in motion/peristent foul smelling motion or less urine output then consult with nearest pediatrician.

Entrogermina is a good probiotic that can be given to the child but proper medicines would be based on the fact as to what is the reason behind it so I’m going to recommend you to consult your doctor and they will suggest you as per the requirement that is there
